Hello, I’m Max Andrade, Integration Solution Architect, and lifelong technologist with over 27 years of experience designing, delivering, and evolving enterprise solutions. My career began in the early days of the web, building applications for small and large organisations, leading development teams across Brazil, the United States, and Australia. Over time, I transitioned into senior consulting and architecture roles, where I’ve spent more than two decades helping organisations modernise complex platforms, migrate mission-critical workloads, and bridge the gap between legacy systems and modern cloud ecosystems.

My professional journey spans a wide range of technologies and responsibilities: from early .NET development and enterprise content management, to large-scale cloud transformation projects across Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. I've worked extensively with integration platforms, including Azure Integration Services, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Function Apps, API Management, and migration from older stacks such as TIBCO, Boomi, Lotus Notes, and mainframe-connected systems. Throughout these engagements, I’ve consistently taken on roles that combine architectural leadership, hands-on engineering, stakeholder engagement, and guiding teams through complex delivery challenges.

Across industries, from professional services to energy, finance, education, and government, my focus has always been the same: create systems that are robust, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with real business needs. I bring a philosophy I call “Invisible Complexity”, designing solutions that may be sophisticated beneath the surface, but feel clean, clear, and effortless for the people who use and maintain them.

In recent years, my attention has increasingly turned toward the accelerating field of Artificial Intelligence. I’m deeply invested in understanding and applying state-of-the-art Generative AI and agentic AI to improve software delivery and solution design. This includes integrating LLMs into enterprise workflows, building smart automation into cloud architectures, and exploring how agent-driven systems can transform productivity, reduce operational effort, and elevate quality. I actively study emerging tools, multimodal models, prompt engineering patterns, evaluation frameworks, and autonomous agent workflows to understand how they can reshape solution architecture, not as buzzwords, but as practical, measurable capability gains.

Today, I’m passionate about blending my deep architectural background with modern AI-native approaches. Whether modernising an aging integration landscape, designing an Azure-based platform, or introducing AI reasoning into existing systems, my goal is always the same: deliver optimal outcomes, minimise complexity and manual effort, and unlock the highest possible level of quality and functionality.

After nearly three decades in technology, I’ve never been more energised about what comes next. We are entering a new era where AI-enhanced engineering will dramatically reshape how systems are designed, built, and maintained, and I’m committed to staying at the leading edge, continuously learning, experimenting, and applying these capabilities to real-world enterprise challenges.
